Ingredients

  • 2 medium-size avocado, peeled

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • sweetener of choice, such as 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

  • Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold!
